Rationale for change
AMBOSS lists both pge1 and 2 as decreasing gastric acid and they both increase mucous production - also PGE1 is definitiely implicated indicated by the fact that we give PGE1 analoges as prophylaxis to prevent nsaid induced ulcers
Other outside sources mention that PGE1 plays a lesser role than pge2 so i think changing the extra only is fine
