Rationale for change

Please move distal and proximal in the cloze deletion because one ought to remember the exact parts of the intestine that are being affected.
I had matured this card yet did a Uworld question wrong because I did not remember which part of the intestine is affected by Celiac disease but whenever I had answered this card, I answered it correct.
The words "distal" and "proximal" make this card very easy to guess hence unable to remember what's meant to be remembered.
