Rationale for change
I'm not sure how to exactly change this card, but saying it's in the middle isn't always correct, especially since we have a different card that tests us on meaning of "acrocentric"
Rejection reason
When MCAT Qs test location of the centromere, it's assumed to be a normal centromere unless it's described as being acrocentric, etc. So, for the same reason, we'd assume it's a normal centromere here with these notes
