Rationale for change
Came across this question today. Diagnostic imaging of choice for perinephric abscess is ct abdomen with contrast. I edited this card to reflect this. They specifically made it a point to say that u/s was used for screening but CT abdomen w contrast was used for confirmation of diagnosis.
