"PCV15 in series with PPSV23 is a reasonable alternate to PCV20 (eg, if PCV20 is not available). However, giving the conjugate vaccine (PCV15) first appears to induce a greater antibody response than giving the polysaccharide vaccine (PPSV23) first."
