FA 2023 & 2024 just says "Presence of casts indicates..." and does not specific RBC casts / dysmorphic RBCs. FA 2024 page 612, FA page 614.

Rejection reason

This card is asking if you have hematuria/pyuria WITH RBC casts/dysmorphic RBC then the hematuria/pyuria is from glomerular or tubular origin.

vs.

having hematuria WITH WBC casts or even waxy casts then cause of hematuria could be from somewhere else (bladder, urethra, etc.)
