This picture in the Extra Field is in a few cards.
Please disregard if I misunderstand, but the picture somewhat implies that the CNs innervate contralateral to their location. Shouldn't it be ipsilateral innervation of most CNs?
FA 23-560 should be correct CN/nuclei
Amboss examples on the left showing FEF:

The MLF crosses to the contralateral CNIII, but medial rectus still controlled by the same side as CNIII nuclei is on.
Abducens stays/innervates the same side as the lateral rectus muscle it innervates.
Right Eye Abducens Nerve=Right Eye Lateral Rectus Muscle
Left Eye oculomotor=Left Eye Medial Rectus Muscle
Left Eye Abducens Nerve=Left Eye Lateral Rectus Muscle
Right Eye oculomotor=Right Eye Medial Rectus Muscle
I don't have a better picture in mind, I just keep having to double check myself when i see this one.
