Rationale for change

The current wording of this card is too much and includes information given in the question stem already. We do not need to have "decreased extracellular calcium" in the answer when the stem tells us we have hypocalcemia already.

Overall, this is a more visually appealing, simplified anwer that gets the same job done and is more likely to stick due to the shorter wording.

Rejection reason

unpopular. this tests on basic physiology and it is okay for the original to be easy since it is a foundational card. this edit oversimplifies and could potentially cause more confusion
