I'm not sure why the spermatic cord is not a cloze here, but it definitely should be because that is high-yield anatomy (it is bolded here and described in the extra section). I searched other cards and could not find another card that linked a testicular torsion to the spermatic cord so think it makes sense to create the cloze on this card.

- Spermatic cord forms at the deep inguinal ring, travels through the inguinal canal and enters scrotum through superficial inguinal ring, then ends at the testes; carries gonadal arteries, veins, ductus deferens
- The scrotal ligament (remnant of gubernaculum) secures the testis to the scrotum (limiting its movement); if the testes aren't attached yet (neonatal) or there is a congenital anatomic defect (failure to attach to scrotum), this allows testes to twist around the spermatic cord and vascular pedicle
