Rationale for change
I can't find anything that says that contractility increases height in a cardiac pressure-volume loop. Looking at First Aid picture (which is shown in this card)and USMLE-Rx, when Preload and Afterload are held constant, contractility does not increase height. Even if this is technically true- which I can't very - I'm not sure what point it would be illustrating. The main change to PVL in Increased contractility is Increased Stroke Volume and Increased slope of ESPVR.
