Fun little romp. Question asks, for a given length, to predict the relationship between the fundamental frequency of a closed, or open, tube give all other parameters are the same. Simply requires knowing both equations and being able to compare the 2L versus 4L aspects to predict this relationship. Sort of long, but still fundamentally requires knowing both equations to solve.
