Look at the First Aid pages listed on this card. Look at the Sketchy clips listed on this card - HECK, GO TO Sketchy right now and look at their updated content, including Step 2CK videos. HIV PPX for patients under 50 is with clarythromcin or azithroymycin.
If you want to put TMP-SMX on a CME or Shelf or Step 2CK, be my guest. You will get it wrong.
Just stop messing with Anki cards that are not meant to test "minutiae" that is being misrepresented on here.
When a question writer specifically puts a CD4 count under 50, they are testing that you can recognize that they are talking about M. avium. That is the point of this card.
