FA 2023 and AMBOSS both say virilization of mother and infant.

FA2026 pg 658 "Inability to synthesize endogenous estrogens. Autosomal recessive. During fetal life, DHEA produced by fetal adrenal glands cannot be converted to estrogen by the placenta and is converted to testosterone peripherally -> virilization of both female infant (atypical genitalia) and mother (acne, hirsutism; fetal androgens can cross placenta)."
Also the disorder is just called "Aromatase deficiency" older version of first aid called it "Placental aromatase deficiency" newer FA dropped the placental part. Infants have complete aromatase deficiency, not just the placenta is deficient.
Side note: it's wild how big of a zebra this is
AMBOSS "Less than 30 cases have been reported in medical literature worldwide."
As discussed in Slack. Better to leave cards with congenital/placental before even though it's just called 'aromatase deficiency'
