UpToDate requires additional supporting source + found this in TB textbook... "formation of the Ghon complex is often subclinical and is rarely seen on a chest radiograph. In the greater majority of cases only a single element of the Ghon complex is visualized on the chest radiograph, most commonly unilateral hilar lymph node enlargement."
