Rationale for change

per Congetinal GI Disorders Sketchy video. It also does not make sense that a duodenal atresia at the first or even second part would cause bilious vomiting as the bile is secreted AT the second part of the duodenum. The proximal atresia would not have access to the bile, so the vomit would not have bile. This is a minor point but technically correct.
