Rationale for change

MM is not assocaited with humoral hypercalcemia (PTHrP-realted) - so we either need to remove that part or remove MM from the card. I think this edit makes more sense than the other option because we don't have a card testing on the two classic malignancies that result in hypercalcemia from bony mets, whereas we already have a card testing on the malignancies associated with HHM (nid:1518029118777)
