Rationale for change
QID 400252:
In so many words, the question is asking to identify the likely location of pathology of Parkinson's; discrete knowledge that it affects the substantia nigra specifically is the information on which the question hinges.
Rejection reason

Text
The brains of individuals with Parkinson's exhibit deterioration of the {{c1::substantia nigra}} which is used to produce {{c1::dopamine}}.
Extra
Remember from the earlier cards, substantia nigra dopamine is associated with motor function and purposeful movement. (the other regions that produce dopamine are the arcuate nucleus and VTA but that is not as implicated in this disease process)
This is why you develop the Parkinsonian symptoms with substantia nigra destruction.
