Rationale for change
Per nid 1555373219232, worsening dyspnea is another symptom that can be a sign of COPD exacerbation. Regardless, I don't think the cloze in its current form is well made

- "ABC-Os" of COPD exacerbation: Antibiotics, Bronchodilators, IV Corticosteroids, Oxygen
- Antibiotics: purulent sputum or ↑ sputum; amoxicillin, TMP-SMX, azithromycin, doxycycline
- Nebulized Bronchodilators: albuterol > ipratropium; but both are typically given together
- Corticosteroids: PO steroids can follow if there's no improvement from nebulizers; no taper necessary
- Oxygen: in acute dyspnea, need for O2 overshadows fear of ↓ hypoxic drive
