Rationale for change

QID: step 1 106465

Got this question right (thankfully) but i spent way longer than necessary because i thought the answer should be gram positive (making me lean towards anerobic bacterial infection answer choice).

The two answer choices that are the closest to this is

correct answer = gram-negative bacteremia
other one = anaerobic bacterial infection

I added the clarifying differences for gram + and gram -.

Alternatively, maybe we can make this card test both

rapid onset (4 hours), severe course = gram neg
slower onset, less severe = gram pos

But maybe extra clarifiers are enough
