Rationale for change
UW QID explanation says that rebleeding usually occurs within the first 24 hours after SAH. This is actually why 2 of the answer choices are wrong. nid:1512610496080 does say that its within the first 24 hours, but it's not being directly asked. So I think that having it in this card's Extra should suffice.
