I wasn't sure on this one, but the extra field shows the image in which the motor proteins are walking along a microtubule. The necessary information is that motor proteins would be most likely to be found, of the given answer options, on a microtubule (as opposed to other types of filaments given as answer options). Not perfect, but I leaned ever-so-slightly in favor of marking it just in case.
