Rationale for change

added images

been doing amboss for a bit + uworld just a few weeks ago and have gotten around 4-5 scabies questions so far.

They tend to be sneaky and show images that can look very similiar to other rashes and also look very mild compared to the current images we have.

so added images that show less "severe" scabies, more in line with what uworld tests (and honestly try to throw you off with)
