Rationale for change

Pneumatic otoscopy is the name used by amboss and the auto correction google gives me when i type pneumatic insuf

Also the older term can mean the air enema used in intususseption (and the amboss add on direct me to this meaning with the old term)

with this term amboss recognize the word and also i believe it's the used term anyway
