Rationale for change
Question was describing naegleria fowleri infection and asked how does it reach the brain. then it showed an image of a real-life brain just like this one and pointed at 5 different structures.
Therefore, added picture with cranial nerve I overlayed to show this easier (only 53% of people identified it correctly)
