Question showed an image almost exactly like this and asked whats the treatment. Took me a bit to realize this was lice zoomed in (at first i thought it was just the person itching so much it caused a hole in the skin or something)

Reason: if this image shows up again in any exam, it can atleast help clue the reader (faster) that this is about lice
