Rationale for change

This adds more specificity / context to allow the card to be more memorable.

Obviously GLUT is not a "cotransporter", but giving better context by placing this extra detail in the card will better queue one into the correct answer.

Also, adding "into" rather than "in" is more grammatically correct and less confusing to read.

Rejection reason

Insufficient rationale, 2 maintainers downvotes, in is more correct, into would suggest excretion into PCT, not reabsorption from it.
