Rationale for change

Somatostatin is tested in this deck (see 1555185060953 and 1555184689790) and helps to control blood sugar (by lowing insulin and glucagon) like this card asks for. As such, somatostatin should be included in the pancreatic hormones in the "Extra" section of the card.

I also added "include" as there are more pancreatic hormones than just those three, but are probably not needed to be listed for the MCAT. "secreting at least five hormones including glucagon, insulin, somatostatin, ghrelin, and pancreatic polypeptide"
