While minor, this is more commonly called KOH prep/preparation or KOH test. UW 103 calls it KOH preparation in the question stem and the explanation. UW 130 calls it potassium hydroxide preparation. In clinical settings, I've personally always heard it called KOH prep.

It may give away the answer to use prep in the card since it's an uncommon word, so I'm also ok with using "{{c1::KOH}} test" to increase the recall needed. But honestly I think KOH prep is fine.
