Rationale for change

I feel most mentions of suicide and depression in the public sphere these days have some kind of obligatory "you're not alone, help is available" message associated with them. Searching a lot of kinds of psychiatric content on Youtube for instance or Google will automatically pull up some kind of popup referencing 988. Medical professionals have higher rates of suicide than the general population, so I think it's appropriate to add the image. Perhaps with some sort of acknowledgement that med school is hard and maybe a heart emoji, though I didn't put either of those in the suggestion
