Rationale for change

I recommend combining this card with this card(Anki id: 1484686713219).

The other card reads: Pharmacological treatment for intractable and distressing tics in Tourette syndrome may include {{c1::α2}}-adrenergic agonists

These cards are the same so its hard to guess which answer it wants when doing reviews. First Aid 2023 Page 576 states "treatment for intractable and distressing tics includes: tetrabenazine, anti-psychotics, and a2-agonists."

I think it makes more sense to have them all in one card. We can also add tetrabenazine to be up to date with the current First Aid. I updated the extra section to include the a2 agonists listed in the other note extra section.
