Rationale for change

Uw Explaination was long.

TL:DR: DVT usually are cleared up by themselves. Sometimes the clearing process goes spooky and over does the inflammation. This causes venous wall remodeling, leading to Chronic venous insufficiency. The clinical presentation of edema that worsens during day and improves at night is then onwards called Post Thrombotic Syndrome.
