I check this website however it shows the 2017 IDSA guideline. There's is 2021 IDSA guideline as per uptodate

For patients with multiple recurrences, vancomycin in a tapered and pulsed regimen, vancomycin followed by rifaximin, and fecal microbiota transplantation are options in addition to fidaxomicin
