conization and LEEP is NOT ablation. They are excisional treatments per AMBOSS. AMBOSS Quote on page on cervical cancer screening: "Excisional treatment (e.g., LEEP, conization, laser cone biopsy) is preferred over ablation to manage histological HSIL. "
