Rationale for change
Question stem mentioned "yellow exudate with high amylase content." This was initially misleading as I thought yellow exudate with high amylase could only indicate pancreatitis, but it can also be a sign of Esophageal Perforation / Boerhaave Syndrome (although UWorld table only lists green fluid)
