Rationale for change
Cloze #2 needs some sort of hint because it's too ambiguous. Any condition that is associated with direct hyperbilirubinemia without biliary tract obstruction (i.e., bile can still get to the intestines) could cause increased urine urobilinogen.
Not sure what the best hint is, but one is definitely needed.

- Darker urine is not due to increased UCB, which is not soluble in water and thus absent in urine
- Urobilinogen gets oxidized to urobilin when coming into contact with air, giving it color
