Rationale for change
Primary polycythemia which can be caused by polycythemia vera does not increase the plasma volume (see diagnostics/differential). Plasma volume is normal. Also, platelets are not part of the plasma so how could they increase plasma volume.

Rejection reason
FAS1 2023 pg 460 says increased plama volume. Card also has multiple UW tags so I wouldn't change this unless it was asked in a question and the answer was different.
