Rationale for change
The sketchy video does not say that the soap bubble appearance is a gross pathology. It says that it is limited to the meninges. Tut the bubbles on the mummy's chest represent the fact that crypto spores can be isolated from pulmonary washings. I'd suggest reviewing this part of the video.
