Rationale for change
It is obvious that a thyroid cancer will spread to cervical lymph nodes. The subtype of thyroid cancer that spreads via lymphatics is more important to know.
Rejection reason
Would need source demonstrating this is only true of papillary, otherwise could be answered many other ways
