This extra text gives much needed context what exactly is happening in this reaction.

It is very tempting to answer "UDP-galactose" in this card long-term, although ultimately the Glucose-1-phosphate is more important to remember. This added context, along with underlining of "ultimately" will help to clear up any confusion on this card.
