Rationale for change

This card is a direct quote from Pathoma 2023 page 68 at the top of the page where it states it affects "large- and medium-sized muscular arteries" rather than "small- and medium-sized." I read the guidelines and recognize that Pathoma is not an acceptable source, however, this card is a direct, word-for-word quote from Pathoma. First Aid 2023 does not state specifically what size arteries are affected. I also cannot find a UWorld QID to accompany this card.
