Rationale for change

If epiglottitis and respiratory failure cannot be managed with bag-valve mask ventilation and 100% oxygen → {{c1::endotracheal intubation}}

I changed the wording of this card because before it geniunely didn't make any sense. The UWorld question, 15962, has this line almost word for word in the explanation.

Rejection reason

Card specifically says "respiratory failure" - in that setting, it is bag-mask + O2 as bridge to intubation, not "intubate if first steps fail" since they are already in respiratory failure. Current version is correct tx algorithm
