When you say 'fair skin' many might take it to mean 'white' skin. Fair is also not politically correct because how would you tell if a person of African descent or South Asian descent was developing 'fair' skin? The corrected term should be hypopigmented skin, especially as the 'Extra' section suggests inhibited tyrosinase as the reason for hypopigmentation which could also be seen in albinism. Language matters, especially as many disorders may be missed with future physicians not seeing 'fairness' or 'paleness' in darker skin tones.
I would suggest this implementation in all cards mentioning 'fair' tones; it's outdated language and inherently, subconsciously, racist. To suggest one tone is 'fair' (pale) or beautiful is to suggest others (darker/not fair) are not.
