Rationale for change

This card emphasizes that Epstein Barr virus is associated with endemic Burkitt lymphoma, seemingly to the exclusion of the nonendemic form; this may come from the First Aid field where endemic Burkitt lymphoma is given as an example of lymphoma caused by EBV. However, on page 435 of First Aid 2023 that distinction is NOT supported; both endemic and nonendemic Burkitt lymphoma are associated with EBV. I have also added the screenshot from the non hodgkins Sketchy sketch which supports this.
