Rationale for change

AMBOSS uses cystine-tellurite agar in its Bacteria overview page (source) as well as in a question on AMBOSS Self Assessment 2024 (block 4 Q40). FA23 p. 137 also uses the full name cystine-tellurite agar. You'd get the AMBOSS question right even if you just knew tellurite, but both resources do use the full name.
