Rationale for change
Rotation of the sacrum is always opposite to L5. Also, the sacrum is rotating into the page (so to speak), so it is a left rotation. Left deep sacral sulcus and a shallow right ILA means it is a right oblique axis.
Rejection reason
A left deep and shallow right means that the sacrum is rotated right.
the card is right as is.
The image is worded a little weird when referring to the L5 but with a right on left (backward sacral torsion) rotates the L5 to the left
