Rationale for change

I added this note in extra based off a suggestion from a community member back in September but have since returned to this and think we shouldn't muddy the water here.

Yes, technically, congenital toxoplasmosis can present with all of these findings but hearing loss in toxo is a later onset complication and seizures are not highlighted by AMBOSS for toxo but is highlighted for CMV

Also, to my reading the petechial rash here is the blueberry muffin rash
