Rationale for change
I feel like its a given that ACh is a neurotransmitter, and most people probably will gravitate towards answering ACh in the first place with this card, especially long-term.
I think adding ACh in parenthesis here will help prevent unecessary misses during long-term reviews.
Only reason I could think of to not accept this is if other neurotransmitters are prevented from release, thus making the current version of the card more nuanced. But even if they are, wouldn't that be low yield? I personally do not know.
