TCAs (amitriptyline) are also associated with serotonin syndrome (FA 2023 pg 589-1 and pg 595-3). The text of the card does not specify what kind of headache. If it specified only migraine or cluster then sumatriptan would be the correct answer. if it specified only tension or migraine then amitriptyline would be the answer.
