Rationale for change

Putting "2" as a hint/clue in the card makes you think immediately that it's both the immunoglobulin and the vaccine. Therefore, for better retention, I believe it is better to not add a clue as one can only see the number 2 and say "oh, it is both" without actually memorizing the content.
