This can be caused by a gun-shot wound to the anterior biceps

Musculocutaneous nerve innervates the:
- Coracobrachialis (flex and adduct arm at the glenohumeral joint)
- Biceps brachii (supinates the forearm, and flexes the forearm)
- Brachialis (flexes the forearm)
- Some forearm supination is preserved due to the supinator muscle (innervated by the radial nerve)
